What we
keep.

Last updated August 2026

What we collect

When you place an order we ask for your name, phone number, delivery address and city. An email address and a note are optional. That is the whole list — we do not ask for anything we do not need to get a shelf to your door.

When you send a custom project enquiry we ask for your name, what you want built, and either an email address or a phone number so we can reply.

What we never collect

No card or bank details are collected anywhere on this site. There is no payment processor connected to it. Payment is arranged directly with you when we call to confirm.

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and we do not build a profile of you across other websites.

Why we hold it

To fulfil your order: to call and confirm it, to quote delivery, to get the piece to the right address, and to answer questions afterwards.

Your cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers, and never leaves your device until you place an order.

Who can see it

Only the studio. Order details are visible to us through a password-protected dashboard and are not shared with, sold to, or rented to anyone.

Data is stored with Supabase, our database provider, on servers in France, and the site is hosted by Vercel. Both process data on our instructions.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — write to studio@bouchnak.tn and we will action it.

Deleting an order record we still need for tax or accounting purposes may not be possible until that period has passed.

Contact

Questions about any of this go to studio@bouchnak.tn.

This page describes what the site actually does today. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and a retention period and a named data controller still need to be added before the studio takes orders at scale.
